Heim Data Division of Zodiac Data Systems [HD] is a US aerospace
company in the Zodiac organization.
HD provides US sales and support for the products of Heim Systems GmbH. Based
in Cologne, Germany, Heim Systems designs, develops, manufactures and supports
high quality data acquisition hardware and related software products for application
around the world.
Heim Systems is part of the Zodiac organization, a global company with interests
in the aerospace, marine, telecommunications, electronics and information technology
markets. Zodiac has headquarters in Paris France, employs over 10,000 people
worldwide and had revenues in excess of $1.3 billion in 2001.
Heim Systems products are globally applied in the automotive, industrial,
scientific, aerospace, government and military markets for acquisition of data
related to performance testing, development, research, surveillance, missions,
and other activities requiring accurate, long term monitoring, analysis and archiving
of high value data. The products can interface to a wide variety of sensor and
telemetry data including analog, digital, bus and computer sources.
HD has Sales Managers located throughout the US and Canada and works through
a comprehensive network of manufacturer’s representatives. This sales organization
is supported by US based Application Engineers who also have direct links to
the Heim Systems Engineering and Customer Support headquarters in Germany.
We are based in Alpharetta, GA, a location with excellent connections to the whole of the US. Our administration, engineering, order processing, shipping, customer support and service activities are all based in the Alpharetta facility.
We maintain an engineering capability that has excellent links with the main factory to ensure that special customer needs, product support and customer training are quickly and effectively addressed.
Our Service Department comprises a well equipped workshop manned by experienced technicians who are regularly trained in the maintenance and repair of Heim products. In addition, we have several applications engineers located in the field covering the whole US with a quick response capability for pre- and post sales customer support.
