In keeping with the high quality and reliability of our products, we maintain a well-equipped service support facility for all Heim Data products in North America. For immediate Service assistance, please call Gregory L. Howell at (770) 753-4017.

The Heim Data Division facility in Alpharetta, GA has a modern, well-equipped product support department. The activity performs pre-delivery checks on all customer products, provides ad hoc maintenance, maintenance contracts, product service and training. For any of these services, please contact the Service Department to discuss your requirements. Before shipping any equipment to our facility, please ensure that we have issued you with an RMA number to uniquely identify your shipment to us.

Continuing our commitment to your future needs, we also offer long-term preventive maintenance and calibration contracts designed to best suit your equipment, application, operational and financial needs.
