Heim Data maintains a Technical Web Site and also has strategically located applications engineers to assist with trouble shooting and questions regarding specifications, configuration, installation and operation. Our applications engineers have the benefit of in depth product training and an extensive knowledge base through dealing with many US customer inquiries and applications. The application engineers also have direct access to the design and test engineers in our production facility.
