Heim Data, INC. OFFERS LONG TERM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Custom-Designed Contract To Suit Customer Needs
Heim Data, Inc., a leading supplier of data acquisition equipment, offers one-year or three-year maintenance contract service for their customers. The contract, which can be custom-designed to suit equipment, operational methods and strategic objectives, covers Heim Data equipment as well as some Racal Storeplex and StoreHorse equipment. By entering into a long-term contract for calibration, maintenance and repair, customers manage the risk of failure, non-availability of equipment and associated costs.
Benefits offered through the maintenance contract can include reliable equipment operation, high equipment availability, enhanced record integrity, operation and performance to technical specifications, assured cross-compatibility for multi-machine operations, predictable and controlled maintenance costs, loaner units to those who are eligible and no overseas shipping for product repair.
Depending upon the age of the recorder, Heim Data can include faulty module replacement after warranty expiration and updates of the recorder. Regular contract options for all recorders include options such as annual system calibration at a service facility, annual preventive maintenance check, perform functional tests, check head hours and give access to the technical data available on Heim Data's website.
Custom additions to the contract can include loan unit options, deck alignment, field health checks, emergency breakdown cover, extended response times and training.
